Creative library and schedules

Creative library and schedules

Select up to five images and launch them as one Home set.

How to use it

  1. In Content → Home, select + New test beside search and filters. Enter a name. Select library images or upload PNG/JPG files up to 3 MB. Use search, status and past test results to find variants.
  2. Below the library, Your creative set shows selected images and their statuses. The cross removes an image. The 5 / 5 counter means five selected images; launch readiness depends on Roblox approving each creative.
  3. Schedule defaults to the next 00:00 UTC, displayed in your time zone. Choose another time if needed. MARPLA submits new files early and waits for moderation. Now requires every image to be approved: after approval, select Refresh Roblox statuses. Unapproved creatives are identified in the final set; replace them or schedule ahead.
  4. Review the set and save the test. All selected images replace the current Home set together. Future tests appear above results regardless of the selected period. Select Edit to change the name, images or scheduled time, or choose Now → Start test to run in the next minute. After Roblox confirms the change, an automatic milestone records the verification time and Before → After thumbnails. The plan runs with the browser closed; edit or cancel it under Scheduled tests above the results before submission. Errors, a manual Home change or a missed time stop the test. Use Check Roblox for an uncertain response to reconcile without resubmitting.

Advice and practical context

Library versus live content

A library file is a prepared option, not necessarily live Roblox content. The top block shows the last confirmed live state. For Home, one scheduled creative replaces the active set and disables personalization, so treat the queue as a publication sequence rather than a gallery.

Plan for review

Prepare images early because Roblox review can take longer than expected. Verify the actual Home state after publication, especially when status is uncertain. Do not resubmit blindly or assume an uncompleted date remains active after a manual Home change.

Leave enough space between scheduled publications and verify the previous result before the next when sequence matters. If the queue stops, later dates must not be treated as completed. The confirmed current-content block remains the source of truth.

Creatives and scheduled tests

My games → Content → Home opens Creatives and sets immediately. To sync, use refresh in Creatives and sets or on the chart. Future Home tests appear above the results for every date range.

Before submission to Roblox, use Edit under Scheduled tests to change the name, images and time, or cancel the test. Save is enabled only after changing the name, composition or start settings. Restoring the saved values disables it again.

A confirmed Roblox replacement creates an automatic milestone with the verification time and Before → After thumbnails. Current images appear in the table and set detail. Select + New test beside search and filters to open the library inside the creation dialog.

Name the test, search by name or ID, filter status and sort by date. Upload multiple PNG/JPG files up to 3 MB each or drop them into the dialog. Click an image to enlarge it; plus selects it, and the checkmark removes one copy.

The − / In set: N / + counter repeats one original, for example three proven copies and two new images, up to five slots. The original stays in the library once. Each copy appears separately in the final set and can be removed with its own cross.

Instance results stay linked to the original. Below the library, Your creative set shows only the selected images in selection order. Search, filters and the past-results tab do not hide this selection.

Click a thumbnail to enlarge it; its cross removes it from the new set and decreases the library counter. Schedule is selected by default at the next full UTC day, 00:00 UTC displayed in your local time zone, just like product price changes. Use 00:00 UTC restores that default.

The 5 / 5 counter counts selected images. Each image in the final set shows its Roblox status. Save new files and images in review in either mode.

For Now, select Save and await review: MARPLA submits the files and automatically launches the whole set after Roblox approves every creative and copy. Scheduled sets launch no earlier than the chosen date. If the date is past or moderation takes longer, the set keeps waiting and launches once ready.

Closing the page does not cancel it; the set stays editable and cancellable under Scheduled tests. MARPLA prepares separate Roblox instances from the original file and waits for every instance to be approved. Now starts the complete set once ready.

An imported original may require Asset Delivery access. Three copies out of five do not guarantee 60% of impressions: Roblox controls delivery. Review the selection: all selected images replace the current Home set together in one operation.

Multiple images enable Roblox personalization. MARPLA uploads new files early and checks moderation. A past date does not stop the set.

Rejected moderation, missing permission or a manual change to the current set stops publication. Ambiguous Roblox responses are reconciled without resubmission. The plan appears below the table; cancel before submission or check an operation already sent.

History stays available. The Game page tab shows ClickCVR: the share of detail-page visitors who start the game, without per-image attribution. Home images have separate QPTR and impressions within sets.

The icon refreshes from Roblox’s public source and is cached in MARPLA. When the card enters view, the browser loads the first video frame directly from Roblox. The video stays paused until you press ▶.

Select ▶ to stream the video directly from Roblox in this card. MARPLA does not download or store a full video copy. Native playback requires Asset Delivery (legacy-asset:manage), included in the full initial connection checklist.

If access is missing, select Configure Roblox connection: a new tab opens this game’s shared editor at Creatives, Home thumbnails and video. Add Legacy Assets → Manage to the Roblox key, save it in MARPLA, then return to the video and select Retry video. The official cover and Roblox link remain available until connected.

YouTube embeds play after selection. Drag a card to its new position: the order changes immediately and saves in the background. A failed save restores the order and shows an error.

A dated card is pinned; cancel its time with the cross before moving it. Change the primary icon in Creator Dashboard; the Roblox API connection does not support replacing it automatically. Videos are applied in Creator Dashboard.

Game-page images can be submitted from their MARPLA library cards. These tabs do not show unavailable scheduling fields; a previously saved time can still be cancelled. Editing a scheduled test offers both Now and Schedule.

Select Now, then Start test to move the launch to the next minute. Every image must be approved by Roblox. The same test is updated; no second set remains scheduled for the old time.

Adding or removing a position updates the final set immediately, without contacting Roblox. The date sits next to the start switch; its tooltip asks for local time and shows the time zone. Library and past test results add to one shared set; switching sources keeps all selected positions.

Each position has its own ID; the original and its copies share an image ID for analysis. Campaigns, sets, physical instances and periods remain separate. New creatives first keeps images without results at the top, then sorts by the latest signal.

Each Home library card has Delete from library. Confirm to remove the card and all its selected copies from the current draft. Saved tests and schedules can still use the image; files, history, statistics and source-image identity are retained.

Roblox sync does not restore the removed card. Only the game owner can delete library entries. Library deletion also works on Game page, Icons and Videos.

It only hides the MARPLA card; Roblox content and saved tests remain. After the first tab visit, the video frame and icon stay loaded while switching tabs within this game, without preparing the preview again. Leaving the video tab pauses playback; press ▶ to resume.

Selecting a different game displays that game's content. On Game page, upload a PNG/JPG to the library and select Add to Roblox game page on its card. The file is uploaded for the game's creator through Assets API and then added to the Place gallery.

Existing images and videos stay; the Home set is unchanged. The gallery must have fewer than 10 items. Roblox moderation determines when the new image becomes visible.

Assets: Read and Write must cover the game's creator and Place; on a permission error, select Configure Roblox connection. Check submission follows processing; repeated clicks do not create a second file. MARPLA checks while this tab is open and resumes checking when you return.

If the outcome is unknown, inspect the Creator Dashboard gallery; MARPLA never repeats an unconfirmed write. At the next check after 15 minutes, an unknown write releases the queue for other images; the original file is never uploaded again. Avoid editing the same gallery in another window at the same time.

Library deletion during a write is unavailable until its outcome has been checked. After the first successful fetch, MARPLA saves copies of game-page images and video covers. Reopening uses saved copies while Roblox is checked in the background; a fetch error does not clear the previous gallery.

The icon starts loading from cache immediately, alongside its status check. Active Home images are cached first. A video with a saved cover resolves its temporary URL only after ▶; the video and that URL are not stored.

An image Roblox has not supplied yet cannot appear instantly. Gallery copies remain restricted to users with game access.
