View article and guide counters
See which public materials are read and where product traffic comes from.
How to use it
- Open Admin → Traffic using a system administrator account.
- Choose 7, 30 or 90 days and review views and product clicks.
- Compare the page, source and UTC day tables. Select Refresh to read counters again.

What the Traffic tab measures
Traffic reports daily views of public MARPLA articles and guides, plus click-throughs from those resources into the product. Days use UTC, so the reporting boundary may differ from an administrator’s local midnight.
Choose a 7, 30 or 90-day window for the question at hand. Refresh rereads available counters. It does not create historical events or move the start of coverage backward.
How to analyze a counter change
Example: after a new guide is published, its page views and product click-throughs increase. Compare complete UTC days first, then inspect source and neighboring-page tables. The change describes measured opens and clicks, but does not prove the guide produced newly registered users.
Counters exist only from the moment collection was connected. An empty or earlier period cannot be described as zero traffic or reconstructed from later days. If part of a selected 90-day window predates connection, draw conclusions only from the covered portion and state that boundary.
Privacy and interpretation boundaries
Views are not unique users: one person can create several views, and event counts cannot be converted into visitor counts. A product click-through is not a registration either. The tab does not attribute a registration to a particular article, page or source and must not be presented as doing so.
Collection is skipped when a browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Tables therefore describe received events rather than complete traffic. The section is available only to MARPLA system administrators. When sharing an analysis, state the UTC range, coverage start and exact counter name.

Public page traffic
In Admin, select Traffic. The summary shows views, product clicks and pages with events over 7, 30 or 90 days. Tables group events by page, source and UTC day.
Refresh reads saved counters again. These are events, not unique people. Data is available only since the counter was enabled.
Browsers may hide referrers; DNT and GPC disable reporting. The counter does not record visitor IDs, IP addresses, full referrer URLs or personal details. Articles are public, while counter results and the journal are available only to system administrators.
