Publish a video and view history
A publication link, observed API counters and separate creator-reported figures.
How to use it
- Open Results in your profile and add the video and channel. Confirm your right to display the work and explicitly enable publication; the profile must also be published.
- Once the server YouTube Data API key is connected, views, likes and comments are collected automatically. History starts with the first observation; earlier days are never invented. Every point has a timestamp and the table shows exact values.
- Creator-entered figures are shown separately. If the API is unavailable, the saved observation is preserved and its time remains visible. TikTok requires a separate account connection.
Advice and practical context
History starts with an observation
Add the published video link to a saved channel and confirm your right to display it. Publication consent is separate from saving the result. View history starts with the first successful platform request: earlier days cannot be reconstructed from the current counter. One observation appears as a point. Multiple observations show how the counter changed between requests, rather than the exact time of each view. A decrease after a platform correction remains a real observation.
Freshness and provenance
Check the last successful observation time beside the chart. A temporary API error preserves previous figures without making them current. YouTube views, likes and comments come from its official API; creator-entered figures are labelled separately and do not enter that chart. Video data neither verifies channel ownership nor represents game installs. Create a new record for another video so histories from two different publications are not combined.

Published videos and view history
On the profile page, open Results and add the video link, a saved channel and a description of the work. Confirm your right to display it and explicitly enable publication. Drafts are owner-only; public results appear only when the profile is published.
Unpublish a result without deleting its history. Creator-entered figures are labelled separately and never enter the API chart. YouTube uses the official YouTube Data API v3 for current views, likes and comments, with the last successful observation time.
Hidden counters appear as dashes, not zero. An administrator configures the server-side YOUTUBE_API_KEY; keys are never entered in a creator profile. TikTok requires an authorised creator API connection, which is not connected yet; other platforms support links and creator-reported figures.
History begins at the first successful automatic observation, with no invented earlier data. One observation appears as a dot; later observations form a chart with an exact-value table. Platform corrections that decrease a counter are retained.
Requests for one result are cached for up to an hour; background collection processes a bounded queue, so check the observation time for freshness. Failures preserve the last successful observation and mark it stale. Changing the video after collection begins requires a new record to avoid mixing histories.
Video statistics are not Roblox player acquisition, conversion or proof that the creator owns the channel.
