Organize my games

Organize my games

Private groups and notes organize games in cards or full-width rows.

How to use it

  1. Switch Cards and Rows. A compact row shows icon, name, note, group, servers, online players, DAU, D1, revenue and All analytics; use ⋯ for other tools.
  2. Select Game, Notes, Group, Servers, Playing now, DAU, D1 or Revenue to sort; with a keyboard, use Tab then Enter or Space. Text starts ascending and numbers descending. Select again to reverse the arrow. Zero is a value; missing values always stay last. Sorting compares full numbers and the displayed names of all groups assigned to a game.
  3. Create a group using + after the group tabs. Select the note or group beside a game name, check one or several groups or enter a new one and add a note. A new group is added alongside your selections; clear all checkboxes to leave the game ungrouped. These fields are also in Edit game. Save stores changes and closes the dialog.
  4. Search and group tabs narrow the list while preserving the selected sort. On narrow screens, scroll horizontally inside the table: headings and rows move together, with the ⋯ menu reachable on the right. Select a group and open management to rename or delete it. Deleting a group keeps games, notes and other selected groups.

Advice and practical context

Checking the numeric order

To find the game with the highest daily revenue, switch to Rows and select Revenue. Sorting uses the full number: 10.1K ranks above 900 even though the labels are abbreviated. Select the heading again to show smaller known values first. Zero stays among the numbers, while a dash stays after them. A dash does not establish that there was no income: check analytics availability and the metric’s reporting period first. Group filters and search narrow the selection without requiring you to choose the sort order again.

Online freshness and private notes

When comparing online players, check the dot beside the value: green means a fresh observation, while yellow means a stale or missing observation. A saved number can still participate in sorting, so a high rank does not confirm current activity. The tooltip provides the observation time when it is known. Record the reason for a follow-up check in a private note and assign the game to the appropriate groups. On a narrow screen, scroll the table to the right to reach the ⋯ menu and open the remaining actions for that specific game.

Groups, notes and list view

In My games, switch between Cards and Rows. This browser remembers the chosen view for your account. Rows use the full width.

The game identity repeats the card: the 56 × 56 px card icon with a 13 px radius and available editing, the 44 × 44 px connection indicator between icon and name, and the 17 px game name; the studio or Roblox group and Universe ID appear below in 11 px text. The personal group button stays in its own sortable Group column and matches the card styling; private note, servers and current online players also remain separate columns. In each row, servers and current online players appear in boxes that fill most of its height, with small gaps and large numerals; DAU, D1, Home, revenue and All analytics remain separate columns.

Home is the number of unique users shown the game in organic Home recommendations for the latest saved UTC day. The smaller number beneath it shows the change since the previous UTC day. Increases are green, decreases are red, and zero is gray.

If the previous day is missing, only the total is shown. Its tooltip shows the full count and date. Zero is shown as 0 and unavailable data as a dash; total reach and ads are never substituted.

Select the number to open the Home chart. Servers, Playing now, DAU, D1, Home, Revenue and Analytics headings are centered within their columns. The ⋯ menu expands remaining actions.

Select the Game, Notes, Group, Servers, Playing now, DAU, D1, Home or Revenue column heading to sort rows. Text starts ascending and numbers descending; selecting it again reverses the arrow direction. The original order remains until the first selection.

Games in multiple groups are compared by their combined displayed group names. Numbers use full underlying values even when abbreviated; zero is a value, while dashes and empty notes or groups stay last in either direction. Servers and online players use the same observations as the counters.

The visible online indicator is green for a fresh observation and yellow for a stale or missing one; the tooltip shows the observation time when known. The Roblox indicator between the icon and name in compact rows uses the same connection health and access information as the game card; the analytics header shows the same state. It opens the existing connection dialog only for users allowed to do so.

Search and group tabs narrow the list while keeping the selected sort. Use Tab then Enter or Space to activate a heading with the keyboard. On narrow screens, scroll horizontally inside the table: headings, rows and action menus move together.

Create a group using + after the group tabs, then select the group or note beside a game name. A game can belong to several groups at once: check all the groups you need. Edit game offers the same groups and private note.

A new group is added alongside the selected groups when you save; clear all checkboxes to leave the game ungrouped. Changes stay local until the green Save button stores the groups and note and closes the dialog. All games, Ungrouped and named group tabs filter together with search.

Select a group and open management to rename or delete it. Deletion requires confirmation and preserves games, notes and membership in other groups. Groups and notes are private, stored in your account, and do not change Favorites, game ownership or access permissions.
