Share a report

Share a report

An investor link opens the selected report without granting game-management access.

How to use it

  1. In report settings, choose which metrics can be shown.
  2. Copy the permanent common link or create a temporary link with the limits you need.
  3. Send the link to the investor. Revoke it when access is no longer needed.

Advice and practical context

Minimum necessary access

A permanent common link suits a stable approved report; a temporary link suits a limited discussion. Both grant viewing rather than game management. Include only the metrics the recipient needs and exclude commercially sensitive fields without a purpose.

Recipient-view check

Open the link as a guest and verify title, game, ranges, and visible topics. Send it to the intended person and record its duration. Revocation cannot erase downloaded data, and a listing's guest link is distinct from a separate investor link.

Set a temporary link's duration to the actual review and assign who will revoke it. Revisit permanent-link contents regularly. When disclosure is no longer needed, remove the field and verify guest view rather than checking settings alone.

Links & restrictions

A link grants read-only access to the report. It does not grant ownership or permission to change keys, prices or ads. The permanent common link is stable for the experience, has no expiry and can be reused for different investors.

For limited access, create a separate temporary link whose expiry and revocation are preserved. Do not forward links to anyone who should not see the report.
