Open the private contact directory
Only the configured MARPLA owner can access campaign contacts.
How to use it
- In Promotion, select Contact directory. Choose a section and use search, the contact-status filter or column headings to sort. Empty sections are never filled with invented people.
- Add contact saves a name, public business route and primary HTTPS source in the selected section as Not contacted. New records and existing notes survive refreshes; exact duplicates are rejected. Select Edit, set Contacted / Not contacted and a note, then Save. Changes persist in the database; refresh first if another tab changed the record.
- State at import contains historical facts from import or creation. Record current replies, refusals, dates and links in notes; Read full note expands long text. Review provenance, enquiry links and identifiers separately. A shared agency inbox is not an invitation to send the same enquiry for every creator.
Advice and practical context
Access and provenance
The private directory is available only to the configured MARPLA owner. Ordinary members do not gain access through the public catalogue or a profile. Before adding a record, check its primary source and whether the published business route is appropriate for an introduction. Keep the HTTPS source URL with the record and check for duplicates. A saved contact does not establish marketing consent, message delivery or registration. Keep directory records and notes out of public materials.
Current status and historical context
Edit the current contact status and note, then save. Check persistence after refresh; if another tab changed the record, load the current version before editing again. State at import remains historical reference rather than a replacement for the current note. Record the date, source and material response separately, without turning an assumption into a confirmed outcome. Creating a record or changing its status does not send messages, synchronise email or give other members access to the directory.

Private contact directory
The configured MARPLA owner has a Contact directory button in Promotion. It opens a private table with Developers, Bloggers and creators, Players, Communities, and Platforms and services. Empty sections mean no verified individual contacts are available; player communities never become player accounts.
To add a newly found person or community, select Add contact, choose a section and enter a name, public business contact and primary HTTPS source. Profile URL, channel, fit and note are optional. Save contact persists a Not contacted record in the database across refreshes without a new site release.
Exact name/contact/source duplicates are rejected. Different creators may share an agency address, but check previous enquiries to the same operator. The limit is 2000 added records.
Search names, routes, audience and notes, filter Contacted / Not contacted, and sort with column headings. Edit opens contact status and a note; select Save to persist them on the server. If another tab changed the record, refresh before editing again.
Source, channel and identifiers are shown separately. State at import retains facts from import or creation and does not change with Contacted. Keep current replies, refusals, dates and links in notes.
Long notes show a short preview; Read full note reveals the entire saved text. The directory follows the selected light or dark site theme. The table uses readable labels; original codes remain under Original state.
Contacting does not confirm delivery, consent, registration or advertising permission. Shared agency contacts are not an invitation to send duplicate messages. A server-side single-owner check protects the directory; ordinary users cannot access it, and leads are never published in the catalog.
Personal CRM is available in My projects → Tasks → the CRM tab. The private directory remains owner-only; its records are not copied into CRM automatically.
