In your profile, change your name, manage sign-in and end sessions you no longer need.
How to use it
- Open My profile in access management.
- Change your name or Roblox connection and save.
- For password sign-in, set a password of at least 12 characters. Review active sessions and end unwanted ones.

Profile settings combine identity and security
Your name helps colleagues recognize you, while sign-in methods and active sessions control access. Review both after material changes.
Session review example
Example: after using a shared device, a user ends that session from the profile and confirms the personal device remains active.
After changing your name, confirm colleagues can recognize the updated profile in invitations and chats. Review the Roblox link separately from password sign-in because they are distinct identity methods. In active sessions, check the device and latest activity time. Ending an unfamiliar session should also prompt a review of the password and linked sign-in methods, not merely removal of the row.
A strong password does not replace oversight
Use a unique password of the required length and never share an account. End unknown sessions, then review sign-in methods.
After setting a password, verify that every recovery sign-in method belongs to you rather than a shared team address.

Profile & security
In My profile, set your display name and https://www.roblox.com/users/ID/profile link. On save, MARPLA retrieves the avatar, username and User ID from Roblox. Email and active-session statuses concern your MARPLA account.
Password changes and session termination are real security actions; review the confirmation before proceeding.
Password after ChatGPT sign-in
When no password is set, the profile asks only for a new password of at least 12 characters and offers Save password. Old ChatGPT provisioning passwords are recognized only with unambiguous registration evidence and no changes; ambiguous credentials use email recovery. Existing passwords require the current password or Forgot password?
Verify by email. Recovery is sent to the account email; other MARPLA sessions are ended. Password sign-in requires a verified real email.
Adding Roblox permissions explicitly reopens Roblox consent while keeping the same MARPLA account. If Roblox rejects the application's scopes, the OAuth application's owner must allow them in its settings; MARPLA cannot grant them itself.
