Make an offer for a game

Make an offer for a game

An offer starts a conversation about buying a game or a stake.

How to use it

  1. Open the game card and enter your offer.
  2. Check the currency and select Offer and open chat.
  3. Discuss what is included and the terms with the owner in chat.

Advice and practical context

Price as conversation starter

An offered amount signals interest and creates conversation context; it does not reserve the game, charge funds, or establish a valuation. State whether it applies to the whole game or a stake, which currency is used, and which assets are assumed.

Before discussing payment

The same amount for 30% and 100% implies different valuations, while code, group, brand, and obligations may transfer differently. The mistake is discussing only the number. Verify the owner, deal scope, private evidence, and transfer process first.

A useful opening message explains the amount and lists conditions still requiring evidence without requesting secrets. If the offer is based on public momentum, say so: private revenue, retention, and costs still need separate verification.

Price entry and card widths

In Make a price offer, digits are grouped with spaces as you type: 1 000 000. Pasted amounts may contain regular or non-breaking spaces; either a dot or comma is accepted as the decimal separator. The server receives the number without spaces.

USD allows up to two decimal places and Robux requires a whole number; the price must be positive and no greater than 1 000 000 000. Amount, currency and resubmission are locked while saving. A failed request preserves the amount for retry; navigation to Messages occurs only after a successful server response.

Game metric cards expand to fit their content, keeping valuation on one line when enough width is available. On narrow screens the entire card moves to the next row.
