Manage your subscription
You can review your MARPLA subscription and cancel renewal through subscription management.
How to use it
- Open Plans and select Manage subscription.
- On the billing page, check your plan, renewal date and payment details.
- To stop renewal, choose cancellation and confirm it.

Subscription management covers MARPLA
The billing page shows plan and renewal status. It does not manage Roblox spend, advertising or marketplace deal payments.
Example of stopping renewal
Example: before confirming, a user checks the next period date and retains the resulting confirmation; access follows the terms shown there.
Before changing renewal, record the current plan, next billing date and status shown in management. Reread the resulting status after confirmation. If the billing page is unavailable or errors, do not assume the subscription was canceled. MARPLA subscription management does not alter separate Roblox payments, advertising spend or settlement between a game buyer and seller.
Do not confuse cancellation with refund
Stopping a future renewal does not necessarily change an already paid period. Rely on the billing page details and confirmation.
Retain the final cancellation status and paid-through date because they supersede wording from the previous screen.

Operator billing setup
Requires a Stripe merchant account, server-only STRIPE_SECRET_KEY and STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET, and STRIPE_PRICE_SCOUT / STRIPE_PRICE_STUDIO for monthly USD prices matching the catalog. Webhook: /api/membership/webhook; customer.subscription.created, updated and deleted events. Enter secrets only in protected hosting settings, never in user forms.
Configure the billing portal in Stripe. Paid entitlements are checked server-side and expire with the paid term. MARPLA subscriptions do not purchase a game, fund Roblox advertising or settle marketplace deals.
