View product sales
The product list shows sales totals, units sold and prices.
How to use it
- Select Products on the game card.
- In the top row, choose a day or range: 3, 7, 14, 30 days, 6 months, a year or all time.
- In the bar list, sort by price, sales total or units, then select Change. The column compares that metric with the preceding equal period; another click reverses the order. Missing changes stay last.
- Select a product's name or icon to open its card.
Advice and practical context
Revenue and units
Sales value and purchase count answer different questions. Revenue can rise while units fall after a higher price or changed product mix; units without price do not describe monetary outcome. An incomplete current day is not comparable with a complete day.
Comparable range
Evaluate a product over matching complete days and annotate price, advertising, and audience changes. Using All time to judge a recent decision is a common error because old sales can hide the new period completely.
When reviewing a catalog, separate one product's movement from the overall mix. A popular new item can lift total sales while older products decline. Row-level tables expose composition, while the overall line reports the portfolio result.

Products and sales periods
Help sits beside the Products by period heading. Total and Per player follow the view controls; the categories button sits with the filters. Select a day or period: 1, 3, 7, 14, 30 days, 6 months, a year or all time.
Price changed filters products with an observed price change in that period. The table shows saved prices for those dates, with changes shown as “before → after”, without question marks. Price before the first observation is unknown; a dash appears when no price is recorded for the period.
Revenue and units come from Roblox reports, never price multiplied by quantity. Growth compares the preceding period of equal length only when both periods have data for every day. In the bar list, Change shows the percentage for the last selected numeric sort: price, sales total or units; the heading names that metric.
Click Change to sort growth and decline, and again to reverse the order. Price compares the last observed price at each period end. Missing prior data and All time show a dash; growth from an observed zero is marked new.
Missing changes stay last in either direction. Per player compares normalized values while price remains unchanged. The group name and icon open its product list and chart below; the bar scrolls to the chart.
All shows the sum of products in that group; each product button toggles its own line. A product is counted once even if several identifiers are saved. The group count matches its list, including products without sales for the period.
Roblox categories opens a separate dialog with its category chart, which is absent from the main product view. Product price lines are on by default with a separate Robux axis. Card and list charts use the complete archive and refresh recent observations automatically.
Products, categories & saved snapshots
The Product sales chart uses official daily Roblox values: Sales total and Units sold switch independently, and units are never derived from price. Every ranking shows both the primary and complementary measure: Robux view ends with units, while Units view ends with Robux. All products preserves the original ungrouped list.
In Product groups, an owner or game administrator creates durable groups and assigns at most one group to each product; the setup is stored for the whole team. The Groups section sums only values actually returned for products in each group, and selecting a group opens its contents. Every product retains a Group column.
Current base price comes from the stored Open Cloud catalog and its observations; MARPLA never divides revenue by purchases to invent price. Manual sync immediately schedules a catalog refresh, while the normal background cadence is six hours. A dash remains when Roblox supplies neither a price nor the required permission.
The calendar and arrows move by exactly one day. Roblox categories scrolls to a separate daily chart using the official ProductType breakdown. Saved snapshots use the same day picker, and cards show only the selected day's values plus comparison with the previous stored snapshot.
Sales revenue and purchase charts offer Breakdown → Product groups. These are your manual groups: select lines to compare their time series. Shares use Roblox’s overall result at a matching interval.
An incomplete product breakdown may make group totals lower than the overall result; missing values are not replaced with zero. In Revenue by hour, Revenue composition follows the upper chart’s range and selected day. Changing dates hides old totals until the new response arrives.
Product, category and sales-location totals use saved observations in the selected window; gaps are not treated as zero. Refresh requests the missing breakdowns, so results may appear after Roblox processes them.
Product and category chart controls
Inside Product sales and Product categories charts, Sales total and Units sold sit beside Total and Per player, matching an individual product chart. Product and category modes persist independently and buttons can be reordered. Sales total is in Robux and is not a payout after fees.
Category units sum saved per-product ItemMonetizationSales matched to the catalog, not a separately verified Roblox total; incomplete collection means an incomplete sum. Unclassified products retain a separate line. Gaps never become zeros and prices are never used to calculate units.
Click the name or icon in an individual product chart header to open its product card and editor. Game action icons retain their established sizes when other interface elements change.
