- If purchasing is available, choose a plan and review the checkout terms.

Compare current cards by the attachments, storage and participant capacity you need, rather than a feature the team will not use.
Example of choosing
Example: a team estimates normal file size and active chat membership first, then checks the current displayed price and purchase availability.
Estimate the team’s normal workflow rather than one rare maximum file: how many attachments are retained, their typical size and how many people join a conversation. Compare that need with the current plan cards. A Payment coming soon option is not an available solution. Do not carry prices or limits forward from an old message; review the current screen and checkout terms before purchase.
Do not treat future billing as active
Payment coming soon means purchasing is unavailable now. Do not plan around an unconfirmed tier or an old price.

Free: $0, 5 attachments/day, 50 MB, groups up to 10, images only. Scout: $19/month, 50 attachments/day, 500 MB, up to 25 members, video. Studio: $49/month, 150 attachments/day, 2000 MB, up to 50 members, video.
Analytics and the marketplace remain free. Prices are provisional; Checkout coming soon means purchases are disabled and nothing is charged. Returning from checkout alone does not enable paid access: a verified Stripe event is required.
