Handle game inquiries in its chats within MARPLA.
How to use it
- Open the Chats tab in game settings.
- Choose a conversation, reply and attach a file if needed.
- Check the participants before discussing private project details.

Chats still require a human response
Inquiries preserve game context, but the service does not reply for the team automatically. Assign an owner and a reasonable review routine.
Example of initial review
Example: before discussing a deal, check participants and clarify the request; share private reports only through suitable controlled access.
For purchase inquiries, use a clear sequence: initial review, clarification of the subject, then exchange of private material. A game chat preserves project context, but participants still need to establish their roles. There are no automatic replies, so a long silence appears as lack of interest. Assign an owner and close completed questions with a clear final message.
A message is not a verified deal
A sender name, link or attachment does not by itself prove ownership or payment. Verify material facts separately.
Close a resolved inquiry with the agreed outcome so another participant does not restart the same discussion.

Chat and future integrations
In-app messaging is available through Message in MARPLA and through the working Chats tab in game settings. The owner can review this game's inquiries, reply, attach media, manage members and start conversations there. Discord bridging, automated replies, donation verification and owner summaries are not active yet.
You can prepare a private FAQ: up to eight questions, 200 characters per question and 1,500 per answer, plus future assistant instructions. Saving these fields does not activate AI or send messages.
