Track income, costs and cashouts

Owner ledger: all games down to products and manual transactions.

How to use it

  1. Open Unit economics, choose dates and refresh Roblox to resolve groups and ad costs.
  2. Save effective-dated Taxes and fees settings. Missing rates or tax settings leave some calculations unavailable.
  3. Add costs and payouts from your statements. Roblox revenue and USD cashouts are distinct records; do not double-count them.
  4. Expand groups, games, categories and products. For community balances and reports, select the community in the heading and open Finance. The connected helper is reused automatically without a repeated consent checkbox.

Advice and practical context

Three separate money stages

A player buys a product, the developer earns Robux, and a later cashout reaches a bank account. These are three separate stages. Adding all three to revenue would overstate profit. The table therefore keeps player spending as reference information, calculates game revenue separately, and records actual bank payouts in their own columns. A community balance is not a revenue figure either: it can include several games, member transfers and money from earlier periods.

Reading the profit estimate

Start by entering real development, advertising, subscription, contractor and other costs. Use the actual exchange rate for each currency. Save tax settings with the correct effective date. The calendar-month tax reserve depends on the available transactions and is an estimate rather than a tax return. Shared account expenses remain at the account level until you assign them to a game. For individual products, Roblox may report player spending without confirmed developer income. In that case, leaving product profit unavailable is more reliable than arbitrarily allocating all game revenue between products.

Unit economics: account to product

Open Unit economics from the sidebar. Only the workspace owner can access this section because it combines all workspace games. Choose dates and expand account → Roblox group → game → category → product → day or manual transaction.

Groups use verified Roblox ownership; refresh Roblox if ownership is missing.

Scope and width

Choose an account, group or game in the large picker above the tabs. It shows the account profile avatar, Roblox group icons and game covers; a group's games appear below it. Your selected game, group or account is remembered in this browser for each workspace and restored when you return or reload, until you choose another.

If the selected game or group is no longer available, the account is shown. The selection scopes the entire page: the tree starts at that game or group, and transactions, sources and warnings include only it and its descendants. Inherited tax settings are labeled; Override here creates settings for the selected scope.

Unit economics uses the full available width. The button above the sidebar collapses it to icons; click again to expand. The setting persists in this browser.

Columns and missing values

Drag headers, or press Alt + left/right arrow on a header. Pin left or right in a header menu or Columns. Name always stays first; left pins follow it.

Pinned columns reorder within their side. Order, pins and visibility persist. Click Name to sort rows.

An exclamation circle opens exchange rates, tax settings, fees or actual payouts; missing Roblox data opens source checks. Overall player spending uses Roblox's separate total, not the limited product list.

Revenue basis

DailyRevenue is developer revenue in Robux; the Roblox fee is not deducted again. ProductKey player spending and units are reference details, not additional DailyRevenue. Individual receipts are unavailable.

Product profit requires confirmed product income.

Manual transactions

Add income, costs, fees, tax payments or cashouts. Enter a date, group or game, category, optional product, currency and actual USD rate. Robux expenses use actual cost, not DevEx.

Negative income or expense denotes a refund. Do not duplicate Roblox records. Cashouts require a unique reference, gross payout and deducted tax and fee; cashout does not create revenue again.

Source dates

Data sources checks developer revenue, overall player spending, units sold and ad costs separately. Counts cover completed UTC dates; today is shown separately as provisional or not received yet. Missing completed dates are listed; future dates are not expected.

A reported zero counts as received data. Overall totals may be available while a product breakdown or another historical window has not refreshed. Errors identify the requested period and attempt time.

Next attempt no earlier than is a retry limit, not the report date or a promise that data will be ready then.

Source refresh

After collection is requested, the table checks saved results up to six times at ten-second intervals; these reads never start collection again. Changing the game or period stops polling the previous window. Busy ad history is processing, not a permanent error.

Actual Roblox failures remain visible and identify the overall total or specific breakdown; previously saved values are retained. The table continues to pick up new data through its once-per-minute check.

US share of revenue

The share comes from daily DailyRevenue reports: US revenue divided by overall revenue for the same game and day. Calculation settings show a revenue-weighted share over available days in the selected period; groups and accounts include their games. Withholding uses each day's share, not an average of percentages.

If any positive-revenue day lacks a US share, the aggregate share is unknown. Both overall and country revenue include the provisional current day and use the same refresh cadence. The former manual value no longer applies.

Missing US data in a limited breakdown does not mean zero revenue: without an explicit value, a dash is shown. With a nonzero withholding rate, missing shares leave estimated deductions and profit incomplete; you still enter the tax and withholding rates. Manual income without a corresponding source report has an unknown share.

Automatic DevEx rate

The standard Roblox rate is filled automatically and checked by the server every 24 hours, including while the page is closed. The official Roblox repository is the fallback; failures retry after five minutes. The last successful check appears when hovering over the rate field.

If the source is unavailable or changes, the last verified rate is kept with a warning; an unknown rate never becomes zero. Automatic settings use the earning date: before September 5, 2025 the legacy rate applies, afterwards the new rate; the transition day needs an exact split and is not estimated with a single rate. For earnings before April 2017, enter the historical rate manually.

The US 18+ premium is not applied without confirmed eligible revenue. For mixed legacy group payouts or your own confirmed rate, edit the rate directly. Use Roblox rate restores automatic mode.

Previously saved manual rates remain manual. USD revenue may be estimated before taxes are configured, but profit stays incomplete until your settings are entered.

Taxes and fees

Save effective-dated settings: DevEx rate, effective revenue or profit tax, cashout percentage and US withholding rate; revenue share comes from reports. Priority is game, group, account. Zero is your chosen rate.

Tax reserve is computed per calendar month from saved records and allocated to days; annual thresholds, reliefs and tax credits are not calculated. Editing a version recalculates affected months; create a new effective date for new terms. Paid taxes appear separately and are not deducted twice.

Coverage and comparisons

Totals include available data only. Missing rates or settings display a dash. Shared costs are not automatically allocated to games.

Opening the section or refreshing Roblox collects revenue, sales and products, checks ownership and the latest 30 ad days; saved daily costs remain in history. The selected community’s Finance tab keeps balances and rolling group reports separate from game revenue. Use daily, weekly or monthly grouping, column settings, search and CSV export.

Records persist on the server; concurrent edits require reloading.

Community finance

Open Unit economics, select a community in the heading and choose Finance. This tab is available at community level; the panel has moved out of individual game monetization. It shows the latest saved Roblox community financial report snapshots.

Day, Week, Month and Year are Roblox rolling windows at the displayed snapshot time, not exact calendar dates. Balance and pending Robux appear separately. Flow categories are not added because report rows can overlap, so the panel does not show an unverified total.

Zero remains zero, missing data remains a dash, and community payouts retain the source sign. This is data for the entire community, which may own several games: it is not selected-game revenue, lifetime revenue, profit or ARPPU, and is never added to DailyRevenue. Moving the panel preserves connections and snapshots.

The selected community reuses an existing connection through one of its games. If several games provide snapshots for the same window, the latest one is displayed without adding them together. Other communities are excluded.

Connection requires the unified MARPLA helper version 1.2.0 or later. MARPLA does not ask for the consent checkbox again. It reuses the saved connection automatically and restores a missing local helper link or expired connection when Chrome permission is already granted.

Failures do not trigger pairing on every refresh. Sync refreshes reports or starts a connection. Missing helper or browser permission is shown as an actual error instead of a successful connection.

If the Roblox game-owner check is temporarily unavailable, retry connecting later. Saved reports remain available; there is no need to replace the API key. Sync queues a normal job and preserves Roblox limits; during backoff the panel shows the next attempt time.

Disconnect stops new collection without deleting saved reports. Unit economics is available to the workspace owner. Connection actions also check management and monetization permissions on the source game.
